About Me

I have kids. From this one simple statement you already know so much about me… I am happy, sad, frustrated, grateful, tired, optimistic, anxious.

In case you need a little more, here it is. I turned 30 this past year, I celebrated it with an awesome pizza party at home and an hour with my cousin – without the kids!- at Kohl’s. I currently find myself at the tail end of an almost 5 year marriage – that’s a post for a rainy day or five! Due to extenuating circumstances, I find myself living with my 4 year old and 2.5 year old – both boys! – in my mother’s house. The saying “you can’t go home again” is certainly not true in my case, thank God & Mom! It is definitely not the easiest time for any of us but we’re making it work – and creating plenty of bloggable moments. I also watch my friend’s kids full-time, they are 2 years old and 4 months old! Between my 2 kids, the 2 kids I watch, & my soon-to-be ex, if I didn’t have humor in my life I would be completely bat shit crazy by now. Maybe I already am, I guess that will be for you to read and decide 😉
